INZOLIA TERRE SICILIANE IGP WHITE WINE

A wonderfully crisp, light bodied white wine made with grapes grown in the sun kissed vineyards of beautiful Sicily. It has a pale straw colour with flashes of gold. Its fruity bouquet is reminiscent of crisp apples and citrus fruits and on the palate it is zingy and refreshing with vanilla notes.

Served at 10-12°, it pairs extraordinarily well with light appetizers, fish and shellfish dishes and also makes an excellent aperitif.

• A Wines with a cork are fine to be stored standing up. Keep all wines away from bright light (both natural or artificial) and keep at a cool and constant temperature, ideally between 10-12°C.

• A You don’t need to decant this wine, but, any wine can be decanted. The reason for decanting is to aerate the wine; a lot of young wines can be tight or closed on the nose or palate. By slowly pouring the wine into the decanter it takes in oxygen which helps to open up the aromas and flavours.
