Wine Description:

This straw yellow wine with light golden hints is a real show stopper, sourced from our producer in the Piedmont region of Italy who produces this intense white wine using only the finest cortese grapes from each growing season. It is a high quality wine with large, intense floral bouquet. It has an abundance of mughetto, apple and lemon fruit flavours. Its dry, harmonic flavour means that it matches well with fish, mollusc and crustacean based dishes.

A DOCG (Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita) wine is made using closely controlled and monitored production methods. Only wines showing consistently high standards earn promotion to DOCG status, with the 'G' denoting an additional “garantita,” or guarantee, by the Italian government to be wines of especially high quality.

Q Should I decant this wine?
A You don’t need to decant this wine, but, any wine can be decanted. The reason for decanting is to aerate the wine; a lot of young wines can be tight or closed on the nose or palate. By slowly pouring the wine into the decanter it takes in oxygen which helps to open up the aromas and flavours.
