You Won't Believe How Good These Prosecco Ice-cream Floats Are!

Wow! We weren't expecting such a wildly enthusiastic response from our team about Prosecco ice-cream floats! We knew they'd be nice with such wonderful ingredients as multi award winning Prosecco, Dairy Ice-cream and fresh summer berry fruits, but the reaction from our team was quite something to behold. Each and every one of them was in Prosecco and ice-cream heaven and the smiles still haven't left their faces.

With most of the UK set to have a lovely late summer weekend, we had to share this one with our customers and we would love to hear what you thought of them on our Facebook or Twitter pages. They're so simple and quick to make, too. We're very keen to try out a few different ice-cream flavours. Here's what you need:

Prosecco Ice-cream Floats

You Will Need:

• Premier Estates Prosecco   
• Ice-cream or sorbet flavoured according to your chosen fruit ingredient   
• Whole fruit or fruit slices, whether you'd like raspberries, strawberries, orange, banana etc
• Crushed Ice

Method:

Fill a cocktail glass about half way with Prosecco. Add a little crushed ice and then add a scoop of ice-cream or sorbet, just enough so that the glass doesn't overflow. Pop in a few pieces of your chosen fruit and then allow the float to sit for a few minutes whilst the ice-cream blends with the Prosecco.
